The tradeshow will be held on October 30th at the new Auburn Arena. Booths will be 10 x 10 and include a skirted table, two chairs and two nametags (you can purchase additional if needed). Set-up will be Wednesday morning, October 30th from 8 am – 1 pm; the tradeshow will run from 2 pm – 6 pm and will include a host bar the last hour, cash drawings and snacks. Our famous LIVE auction will be during the dinner immediately following the tradeshow on the Scholarship Terrance at the Auburn Arena from 6-8 pm. Exhibitors are welcome to come (its included in your booth registration fee), and you’ll be able to break down your booth during or after the dinner that evening.
